Become a MemberUSUBC serves as a bridge between American businesses and the Ukrainian private sector & government. We facilitate direct communication with the government and advocate for business development to remove obstacles for trade and investment. The Business Council also works closely with other organizations that share our goal of strengthening the commercial relationship between the two countries. Through these efforts, the USUBC plays a crucial role in promoting economic growth and free enterprise in Ukraine. Council policies are established by the Board of Directors, on which each Regular Member has a seat. The Board of Directors meets at least annually. Between meetings of the Board of Directors, its powers are exercised by its elected Executive Committee. Officers of the corporation are the President and Secretary Treasurer. The President serves as the Council's Chief Executive Officer.
Established in 1995, the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) is a pivotal non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering robust bilateral economic relations between the United States and Ukraine. The USUBC's core mission is threefold: to champion the commercial interests of American enterprises operating within Ukraine's burgeoning market; to advocate for policy reforms that enhance the climate for cross-border trade and investment; and to cultivate a broader framework of amicable diplomatic ties between the two nations. To achieve these objectives, the USUBC actively collaborates with a diverse network of stakeholders invested in strengthening the U.S.-Ukraine commercial partnership.
